Abstract

The beaches are great environments of leisure and recreation is much sought after by residents and tourists, especially in school holidays, but soil characteristics such as heat and humidity favor the development of geohelminths until its form infectious, before this, this study aims to analyze the parasitological sandy soil in the pond of Coca-Cola, in the municipality of Salinópolis-Par. The methods chosen for study of parasites were the method of Hoffmann, Pons and janer and Rugai both adapted. Amounted to 32 samples of sand collected, being 16 in the region surface and 16 in the region, which resulted in 240 slides analyzed by region and 480 per method. In all samples collected, it was possible to identify parasitic structures, where the method of Hoffman were obtained 251 findings and by the method of Rugai 97. In view of the results obtained showed that the sandy soil of the pond of coca-cola in the municipality of Amla has a contamination with parasitic structures be they of human origin and/or animals, thus representing a risk to your visitors directly and indirectly, especially the groups most susceptible.
