Personal finance management involves an ongoing process of financial education, planning, and control to achieve a desirable financial situation. This study aimed to analyze the personal finance management of business administration students from an Itabaiana Higher Education Institution. The methodology used is descriptive with quantitative approach, based on the application of a questionnaire to a sample of 175 undergraduate students. The results showed that most business students have a cautious financial profile, saving part of their salary and spending according to financial planning. There is a preference for fixed income applications such as savings and government bonds. Respondents were more concerned with allocating their resources to leisure and purchasing than to food and consumer bill payments. The study points out suggestions for future research and recommendations for the actors involved.
