THE SINGULAR THERAPEUTIC PROJECT OF A CRACK USER
EXPERIENCE REPORT
Abstract
An experience report was carried out about the importance of the Singular Therapeutic Project (STP) in the provision of care to a crack user accompanied at the Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Drugs (CAPS AD), in the city of Sobral, Ceará. The model of care adopted by the CAPS is approached from its political-institutional project, which stands out for the organization of psychosocial care around work processes that include the STP and recommendations of the Ministry of Health. The report describes the care process for a crack user seeking to understand her reality and the interventions proposed considering her family and community context, and the relationship with other services that make up the health and social assistance networks. We identified the user in the profile proposed for this experience. Concerning the individual care provided, a STP was created respecting the four moments established for its construction, namely: acknowledgement of the user’s reality; creation of the genogram and ecomap; establishment of goals for the user's new life project; and consent to return. It is concluded that the PTS strategy presents a reflection of the current context of the user's life and her possibilities, as a proactive subject and a protagonist.
