The year 2020 was marked by Covid-19, which brought with it uncertainties, challenging health professionals and managers to navigate in dark environments, since there was still no concrete information related to the disease. Several scientific reports were produced and shared in an unbridled way. That said, the objective is to draw up a map of scientific evidence of Covid-19's coping interventions to help public managers in decision-making in health. A descriptive, exploratory, review-type study for the construction of the evidence map, carried out in 2021, was based on the identification of the evidence in articles of the type systematic reviews, randomized clinical trials, non-systematic reviews and non-randomized studies published in the period of March 2020 to May 2021 in the Virtual Health Library, from the crossing of the descriptors coronavirus infections and clinical protocol using the Boolean operator and. Two hundred and forty-seven studies were initially identified, with the adoption of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and eight studies were eligible to draw up the map. Among flagged interventions, those related to pharmacological treatment or protocol of actions to care for patients diagnosed with Covid-19 stand out. As for the level of evidence, 25% were classified as high, 37.5% as moderate and 37.5% as low. The need for new studies with a higher level of quality and strength of evidence is considered. Furthermore, evidence maps are an important tool for the translation of knowledge in a systematic way and to help decision makers and professionals.
