ESTRATÉGIAS METODOLÓGICAS PARA ESTIMULAR O INTERESSE DO ALUNO EJA
Abstract
Youth and Adult Education has always faced numerous challenges, and today it is no different. The labor market is more demanding, not only in relation to schooling, but also in certain skills and abilities. Therefore, the objective of this work is to establish a discussion about the use of teaching strategies in EJA education, in a school located in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. It was used a qualitative and quantitative research with case study, where direct observations were made, participation of researchers with the researched environment. The research included the elaboration of a semi-structured questionnaire for 7 teachers. It was found that the strategies used by teachers to stimulate the interest of the EJA student, such as the use of different methodologies that encourage the continuity of the student in the classroom, permeates several areas that in turn depend not only on the school sphere, but on a set of actions aimed at improving their learning in the most difficult content, providing a better performance in studies. It is concluded that the use of these methodological strategies are the basis for the successful permanence of young people and adults in the classroom, making these students subjects of their own construction.
